That we are ok. We will breathe and move together, and commune online via Zoom live yoga classes. Join us and feel amazing!
There is nothing like sharing class with friends. Those we've known forever, and those we just met. It's one of the main ingredients that makes practicing with Michelle such an enriching and enlivening experience. It's the sense of cOMmunity that is shared amongst all.
While we are not together in body, we are still together in spirit, literally! The Latin word spiritus means breath. When we are moving and breathing together, we ARE together! This is an incredibly rewarding experience in a time of social distancing while we all try our best to remain healthy and stop the spread of the Coronavirus.
Your body and soul are craving yoga, so join us! Our online community will continue to grow and serve all bodies craving movement, and all souls in need of soothing. This is a beautiful way to feel connected while we are all figuring out how best to be in the world during these unfamiliar times.
How to use Zoom:
Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings App on your smart phone or device. If using your computer, go to https://zoom.us/signup and follow the instructions. If you plan on attending a live class over Zoom, please TEXT me between 15-30 minutes before the start of class to "register." Right before class begins I will EMAIL you the Meeting ID # and Password.
Zoom is an interactive platform, so we can see each other and say hello. This feels WONDERFUL! However, when class starts, all students will turn off audio so the natural sounds of your home don't make us laugh. You will have the option to leave your video on so that we can see you! If you are in your PJs, then feel free to turn it off. After class if you'd like to stay on and chat we will turn the audio/video back on.

On-demand classes are now available on YouTube. Find me by typing Michelle Whelan Yoga into the search bar on YouTube. These pre-recorded classes can be watched at your convenience.
* You must sign up at the Longport Library for this class. Class runs through Dec. 17, 2020.
